Smashed Avocado 

We all know how wonderfully creamy smashed avocado can be. With this dish we keep things simple and let the ingredients do the talking. Laid on a slice of toasted sourdough and dressed with a bit of feta, a perfectly poached egg and some roasted almonds, this bite is both delicious and a great healthy kick of energy.

 

Poached Eggs & Smoked Bacon 

Simple is best when it comes to good ingredients. Hickory smoked bacon with two poached free range eggs laid ontop of locally baked sourdough bread. Like it spicy? Try out a local favourite, Yok Chan's Chili Oil pack full of flavour with just the right bit of heat, always on site.
