The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong culinary skills, a developed palate and 3 years working experience in a restaurant
• Willingness to learn and sharpen your skills along with sharing your own ideas and creative mindset
• Good organisation, attention to details and sense of urgency
• Excellent hygiene practices
You will be required to:
• Work independently when necessary
• Work 4 to 5 days a week and be available on weekends
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and keep high standards of hygiene
• Checking deliveries, stock control and place orders when necessary
• Accomplish the mise en place successfully
• Preparation and delivery of dishes up to standards
