We are looking for a Full-Time Brunch Chef (Senior CDP Level) who is passionate about food and is excited about the London cafe & brunch scene. In this role you will be working closely under the guidance of general and kitchen manager.
In this role there is room for creativity as suggestions for daily specials and menu items are encouraged. We bring a variety of simple and outstanding gastronomy with strong influences from Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and East Asia with emphasis on simplicity and seasonality.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong culinary skills, a developed palate and 3 years working experience in a restaurant
- Baking Skills
- Willingness to learn and sharpen your skills along with sharing your own ideas and creative mindset
- Good organisation, attention to details and sense of urgency
- Excellent hygiene practices
You will be required to:
- Full time 4-5 day working week and you will not be expected to work every weekend
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and keep high standards of hygiene
- Checking deliveries, stock control and place orders when necessary
- Accomplish the mise en place successfully
- Preparation and delivery of dishes up to standards
